Western Australian Eye Protection Study

The Lions Eye Institute is currently working on a study looking at sun exposure and eye health. Of particular interest to swimmers, they are examining the effects of protective eye wear, such as sunglasses and goggles, on eye health.
They are looking to recruit participants for the study, who should be aged 18 and over and regularly involved in swimming, outdoor sporting or other outdoor activities.
Participation involves attending the Lions Eye Institute in Nedlands and undergoing an eye examination which takes approximately an hour and a half. There is no cost involved and participants will receive direct feedback about their results.
If you are interested in participating, more details about the study can be found here.
