A new first aid bag has been purchased for the club and is on the table so everyone can access it.
A couple of things to remember: Scott Richardson is looking after the kit. If you use something and it needs replacement just him know via e-mail*, or just a note left on the kit so it can be replaced. He will check regularly but if something is out of date remove it and let him know. Please return the items used back to the original compartment.
PLEASE NOTE: it has been suggested that the club should supply panadol in the medical kit. For the club to supply any drug including panadol, nurofen or any of the common analgesics, we would have to maintain a drug register, a locked cabinet, regular auditing and a trained medic to issue. Unfortunately if someone were to have an adverse reaction then the club would be liable. Because of these requirements, members may supply and consume their own pharmaceuticals, but they can not be supplied by the club.
Please let any committee member know if you have suggestions for other items.
